Snowboard courses for children, teenagers and adults
LEARN TO SNOWBOARD IN FLACHAU
Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or professional – you’ll find the right snowboard course here! We offer different courses for children, teenagers and adults. Our top priority is training our snowboard instructors to ensure that the methods they use are the very latest in teaching and instruction. Your snowboard course is designed to maximise your progress. This is also why we attach such importance to having small groups: They vary from 4 people to about 8 people for courses lasting several days.
Have you ever thought about booking private lessons? A private snowboard course is a great way to enhance your learning experience, as your instructor will be able to focus exclusively on you.
Children from 3 to 6 years can start learning at the Fun & Pro Burton Riglet Park. Find out more in our stories and on the Burton Riglet Park Website!
Snowboard courses for children aged 7 to 14
Certified snowboard instructors, an international team of German, English, Dutch and Danish speaking instructors, every Wednesday Big Air Contest with music and jump scoring and a small group size – this makes learning to snowboard an unforgettable experience for kids!
Snowboard courses for teenagers and adults
Fun & pro in Flachau is one of the few exclusive Learn to Ride Centres in Austria with guaranteed high standards of teaching. The programme was developed by Burton together with snowboard instructors from all over the world to make learning how to snowboard easier and more fun. Very much our philosophy.
Meeting point and group allocation
All snowboard courses start at our fun & pro location at the Space Jet in front of the Dampfkessel restaurant. The Bingo Jet practice lift is ideal terrain for beginners. Meeting at 9.30 am. You will be assigned to the appropriate group on site. It’s always possible to swap courses if you make faster progress.
Please note: For snowboarders who register in our shop at the Star Jet, we organise a daily transfer for beginners on our ski school bus. Departure is at 9.00 am. Basic II participants will be picked up and go to the Space Jet meeting point on their boards. You will be given more detailed information when you pick up your course ticket.
