All year round, whole body training for every body! In Scandinavia more than 70% of the female population are already doing this. Women especially appreciate the increased fat burning and strengthening of the breast muscles. A large proportion of the Nordic Walkers are over 35 and many are new to sport or are getting back into sport again. Everybody wants to train their whole body and not just the legs. To do a sport where they can start from home and which is easy to learn. Most of them do Nordic walking to counter or prevent back and neck problems.

Train your aerobic stamina, improve your physical fitness - for advanced walkers with stretching and power exercises; incl. pulse watches (if desired) duration approx. 2 hours
